What you need

Canvas Prints account

Save your billing address and payment method for fulfillment charges.

WordPress + WooCommerce

Your HTTPS store needs WooCommerce and permission to install a ZIP plugin.

One secure key per store

Connect multiple WooCommerce sites by creating a separate key for each exact store address.

Step 1

Install the WooCommerce plugin

Download the ZIPUse the plugin button on this page. Do not unzip it.
Open WordPressGo to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin.
Install and activateSelect the ZIP, choose Install Now, and activate it.
Confirm the menuWooCommerce → Canvas Fulfillment now appears.

Step 2

Connect your store securely

Open your accountGo to My Account → Dropshipping.
Add the storeEnter its name and complete HTTPS address.
Copy the keyIt is displayed once, so copy it immediately.
Verify in WordPressPaste it under WooCommerce → Canvas Fulfillment and save.

Step 3

Create and publish products

Inside Product Studio

Upload artwork or choose Private Storage.
Create a crop for every ratio you want to sell.
Generate or upload mockups and select the main image.
Choose sizes, wraps, prices, store and project folder.
Save, publish as a hidden draft, or publish live.

Inside WooCommerce

Multiple sizes or wraps become buyer-selectable variations.
A single choice is described without an unnecessary dropdown.
Your main mockup becomes the featured image.
Editing and syncing updates the same WooCommerce product.
You can connect and publish to more than one store.

Recommended: publish a hidden draft first, review it in your WordPress theme, then publish it live.

Step 4

Paid order, production and shipping

Your buyer pays youWooCommerce collects your retail price and tax in your store currency.
Canvas validatesWe check the product, artwork, address and current CAD fulfillment price.
You are chargedYour saved method is charged in CAD at the seasonal rate, or regular price minus your membership discount.
We fulfillThe order enters Canvas Admin. Tracking returns to WooCommerce when shipped.

Currency and delivery: the plugin detects CAD or USD automatically. Product prices and paid delivery are converted from CAD using the daily Bank of Canada rate, which is shown in your account. Standard delivery in Canada and the U.S. is free. Expedited is CAD 11 and express is CAD 29 before conversion, where available. Service and timing depend on the destination province or state.

Good to know

Will customers see a Canvas Prints receipt?

No retail receipt is included in the package. The buyer relationship remains with your store.

Can I connect multiple WooCommerce stores?

Yes. Create a separate connection and API key for every exact HTTPS store address.

What happens when a payment or file fails?

The fulfillment record stays on hold and does not enter production until the issue is corrected.

Can I still place orders manually?

Yes. Use the regular Canvas order app, enter your customer’s delivery address and retain your own billing details.
